2 Welcome
Meeting convened at 6:35 by President Jake S.
3 Minutes
Minutes from the last General Meeting, held March 11th, were accepted without amendment.
4 Principal Update
Sabrina could not attend and had nothing of note to relay to the meeting.
5 Treasurer’s Report
A busy month fiscally with the Rock, Paper, Soiree and our final payment for Grow Portland.
Discussed the value of using MoneyMinder software for running our finances and how using a credit union, OnPoint specifically, would align with the goals of the PTA.
David J moved that the PTA transition its finances from US Bank to OnPoint at the earliest convenience of the Treasurer. Seconded. Passed by unanimous approval of those in attendance.
Nicole H moved that the PTA purchase a yearly license to MoneyMinder for managing our finances on July 1st (to coincide with our new fiscal year). Seconded. Passed with unanimous approval of those in attendance.
