Justin moves to give $60 to Dolly, seconded, approved with 7 yays 4 absentions

Emma moves to give $100 to nurse, seconded, approved 11 yays

Mrs Ketel has asked to fund $135 Trimet passes for a field trip

  • Trimet has a group rate that would take a $1 off each fare

  • Would be good for teachers’ to take originally out of their classroom budget this year

  • We should generally encourage the teachers to use the budgets for this kind of thing

  • We should budget more in the future for class support, perhaps even its own line item - in the past we’ve spent $10 per kid per classroom

SUN school ends this week

There are more volunteers than there are plants to plant for the community care day

Will need some volunteers on Thursday, there will be normal food amounts + the PTA’s $500 grant + the fire alarms. Need more boxes.

Soiree is going well

Need volunteers for Spring pics & IRCO’s fresh food market (Abbie is doing the market), and for the Kids Green Team

Movie night is coming up

Flower sale is going to start soon

SUN spring term starts in mid April

David does the sign out front with help from 3rd graders, great he gets kids involved, should work on handing that off someday (he loves it though)
