Field Day
Vestal’s annual field day is coming up on the second-to-last day of school! Volunteers are needed to pass out drinks and popsicles and generally keep these kids hydrated. Multiple shifts available!

Threshold After School Special
Join us this at Threshold (403 SE 79th Ave, Portland) for their After School Special! 10% of all proceeds will go directly to the Vestal PTA. Threshold is an all-ages space, so let’s gather and celebrate a wonderful school year with some yummy food and refreshing drinks!
Fifth Grade promotion
The fifth graders and their families will gather to celebrate this amazing class of scholars and send them off with best wishes to middle school! We need a few volunteers who do not have students in the fifth grade to help with decorating, handing out cake, and cleaning up.

Community Care Day

Outdoor Classroom Ribbon Cutting
Join Depave and the Vestal Elementary School community for the official grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration of the school’s new green school yard space! Food, drinks, live music, and general merriment will take place in the recently transformed space!

Walk & Roll to School Day
On Wednesday, May 6, we’ll be celebrating Walk & Roll to School Day!
We will have Safe Routes to School swag and donut holes available at the school bike racks 7:45-8:00 for participating students. Sync up with friends in your neighborhood to walk/bike/roll together!
